One of the major characters of the Berlin avant-garde scene. Musician, designer, visual artist and co-founder of the Institut für Raumexperimente. With musicians of East German group, he explored the mysteries of jazz combined with electronic and industrial sounds. In search of the next inspiration, together with his brother Ronald, he founded a significant post-rock formation To Rococo Rot in which he experimented with IDM and techno. Lippok’s solo career, known for unlimited musical imagination, non-obvious connections of genres and roots searcher escapes unambiguous classification. He collaborated with theater directors and creators of operas, and among his most important musical partners one must mention among others, harpist Beatrice Martini, drummer Debashih Sinka or the legendary Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi.
